We are a nonprofit veterinary clinic open to the public. We provide the highest quality, affordable veterinary care, and low-cost spay/neuter as a humane solution to ending pet overpopulation, suffering and unnecessary euthanasia of companion animals in our community. Our Founder and Executive Director, Eve Roser, has worked tirelessly for over 30 years as an animal welfare advocate and rescuer in North Carolina.
